Shop Policies

  • Your first design is free, we do not charge for your first design,  so please make sure that your consultation form reflects exactly what you are wanting  BEFORE you sign it. If we have to re-draw your tattoo, a $100 fee will apply.

  • If the shop is not given 48hr’s notice to cancel an app, this will result  in a loss of deposit.  Cancellations must be done verbally, not through email or text, and only in regular business hours. Regular business hours are Tues-Sat from 9-6.  The shop is closed on Sun and Mon.   So cancellations are not accepted on Sun and Mon.

  • Your time that you are being charged for starts at the start time of your app. If you are an hour late for your artist, you will be charged for that time.  

  • Tattoo designs are available to view 2 days before your actual app. We do not email or text out our designs. Please schedule accordingly so that you are able to come to the shop 2  days before to view your design if you would like.

  • Deposits are NON_REFUNDABLE.  If you decide to not go ahead with your tattoo, we will hold your deposit in trust for a future tattoo, it does not expire, but you will not get it back. Type your paragraph here.
